Forgot the Rainbow loop this morning, and ended up only doing 1.39 miles this morning. Did it in 20 minutes, which gives me a 14:30 mile. Not too bad, but certainly not my goal of a 12 minute mile. Once I can do a 12 minute mile, then I'll aim for a 10 minute mile, then a 9, then an 8, etc etc. I think my time will start going down when I can start running more time, and walking less. That will take time as I train.
Overall, I felt much better than yesterday, no side stitches that really slowed me down, just a few that caused me to walk more. I have to get over the embarrassment of running in front of people, and just concentrate on running, instead of what people are thinking of me as they watch me.
